How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t shipped. To do so, contact support@tdacad.com in the subject line put “Cancel Order” and your order number. The request must come from the email address the order was placed with. We can not change an order, but you can cancel it and reorder.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All orders go out next day via USPS Priority Mail. Priority is three days to most of the US. Large orders may take longer to ship. If you need your order ASAP, please contact support@tdacad.com to request a faster delivery. 

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship 95% of orders via Priority Mail USPS. For larger orders, like wholesale, we ship via FedEx.

How do I download the audiobook?

You must first download the audiobook on a computer (i.e., Desktop or Laptop). You can not download the audiobook directly on a mobile device like an iPhone or iPad. Download the zip file on your computer. Then unzip the file, now you can move the audio files to iTunes or other media app to transfer them to your mobile device. Why can’t I download the audiobook anymore?

You are allowed 10 attempts to download any digital products from BobHamp.com. Once you exceed that limit, you will not be able to download the file again. Contact support@tdacad.com if you need assistance.
